Rates:
Off Peak Sept. 1, 2011 - March 3, 2012 - $1,350 per week *
Peak Season March 4, 2012 - Sept. 15, 2012 - $1,575 per week
* Holidays Weeks (Presidents, Thanksgiving and Christmas) - $1,575/wk
Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred. Weekends available during certain times of the year. (Nightly rate of $225/night.)
Check-in 4 pm and check-out 11am.
Cleaning fee of $75 and security deposit of $700.
Policies:
Payment of 1/2 rental fee required at the time of booking.
Final payment and $700 security deposit required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Comfortably accommodating up to 6 Adults and 2 children. No more than 6 adults permitted. (Children over 2 years old are counted as a guest.)
Sorry but no smoking and no pets allowed.
